Refund Procedure：
- Contact us via email at customer@thetimeplus.com or WhatsApp the official timeplus+ account at 95769472 within 14 days of the delivery date to request a refund.
- Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions.
- You need to complete the return within 7 days.

Once timeplus+ receives the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please Note :
- Only items purchased through the official timeplus+ website can be returned using this process.
- Applicable products are limited to the timeplus+ NMN Pet Life Formula series (excludes refill packs).
- The refund service can be used only once for each customer, with a maximum of one single product refunded each time.
- All refunds will be processed online only.
- The confidence guarantee service is only applicable in Hong Kong.
